When I first saw you I thought "Damn, He's hot!" You came at a lonely time, and I thought I loved you. You were so much older and experienced. You were 20 and I was 12. That first summer we spent together, every day together. It felt so right. You helped me understand myself Then I was forbidden to see you. I thought I would never love again. Then a guy my age came and stole my heart. I saw the heart in your eyes when I was with him. But we couldn't talk to each other. I couldn't explain. When he broke my heart, as i knew he would, I instantly thought of you alone and beautiful, inside and out. I still love you, even though a year has passed the thought of you sends shivers down my spine. I tingle at the thought of your touch. We haven't had a conversation in a year thanks to parents of ours. But I remember your thoughts and dreams Now your moving away All I ever wanted to tell you was I love you. Maybe one day we can be together in love, together forever. |

Nice poem, good luck with this guy. It's sad but sometimes society put restraints on life, keeping one from hapiness. An ongoing dilema, because without social rules, there would be no order. |

valerie~~~ok this was a good poem...but dont you think that maybe this guy was to old for you...i mean if i was a parent and my 12 year old was with a 20 year old guy...i would find something wrong with that picture...i mean you may have feelings for this guy...but i think thats a little strange in the guys part...and im sorry that you got your heart broken but whoever made you stop talking to this guy only did it for the best...you dont find nothing wrong with the age difference??? ~*~TrUe LoVe Is ThE cLoSeSt ThInG tO hEaVen~*~ |

wow....I once dated a girl who's 3 1/2 years younger than me...breaking up with her was the hardest thing I've ever done....but I had to. I've posted some poetry about her. Jeremy |
