My web of lies, Pulling you in. Strangely pretty, Deceptively sweet. Making you blind To the truth coming From behind. It's gonna smack you Upside your head, Barrel through your soul, Shatter your heart. You will look back with Regret from the start. Blissful ignorance.... You had it in your grasp. Then you just had to go and ask. And now there you are, Wallowing in knowing. Let me reveal myself... Just call me Black Widow. *****kynder < !signature--> Sunshine can not bleach The snow, Nor time unmake what Poets know. Unfortunately, this is quite accurate. I know several people like this. Beautifully put... as much as it stings to read it. "Every great century that produces art is, so far, an artificial century, and the work that seems the most natural and simple of its time is always th |

kynder, excellent poem and yes it stings with the venom of a poison spider. why must we pray screaming? why must not death be redefined? we shut our eyes we stretch out our arms and whirl on a pane of glass-patti smith |
