Looking into ur eyes Once again I see The turning of my life And the smiles meant to be Laughter fills the air Joy takes control Feeling the beauty Deep within my soul Watching the sunrise And the sunset each day At times I feel speechless With such little to say But how do I open up And say how I feel Pain within my heart Is such a constent deal So each day shall pass With silence in the air Knowing I may miss it Is something I must bare Once there was a darkness Deep and endless night You gave me everything you had Ahhhhhh you gave me light |

Lovely DKW, enjoyed it very much. Poetry is the spontaneous overflow of powerful feelings: it takes its origin from emotion recollected in tranquility. -William Wordsworth- |

OK, DKW, I got this one big time. I try so hard to not let past pain ruin who I am today, and usually it works. Not always. I think its always better to go for it htough, don't let anything pass by that you really want, if you can help it. Great poem.. |
