ok this is for all of you who replied to my little story about were i am. i hope you like its something new. This time of year doe's chill My bones and with no one H E R E I'm on my thrown all-alone covered In snow Slowly turning to stone Having only a seat but, nowhere To call my own Home. Reply: some of you might think this is about the winter time and if thats how you grip it great. but for me its about being alone and having a place to go. I'm a dying romantic and when i can no longer write i can no longer live -Jeremiah Johnson- |

No bad JJ...little mysticism there. Nice flow, well written...didn't feel wintry at all to me, just the coldness of aloneness. One question: am I wrong, or should "thrown" be "throne"? Nice read jwesley [This message has been edited by jwesley (edited 07-11-2000).] |

Jeremiah, I feel the same way, no place to call home, just the place you are, and its not the right one. Alone is cold, no matter what season. I liked the format and the feeling here. Sandra |

Yet another wonderful piece from you! What an excellent image. made me shudder. Lotharingia "For God's sake, he's a poet. Poets are meant to feel miserable. Otherwise, what the hell are they here for? What are they going to write about?" Tom Holland |
