Don't Waste Your Time on Anger |

Today you have wasted another day, Another day wasted with misery, Old regrets, old angers, such time wasters, Live for today, be happy, celebrate not excavate for more misery. Our time is so precious, So sad you choose to waste yours, Worrying about stuff others are wise enough to let go, Finding the rubbish in memory's drawers. A wise man forgets his anger, Before he lies down to sleep, Anger should be recognised, then let go, It's not something you should keep. Hatred kills the hater inch by inch, Anger it is the same, Look for the best in your people and lives, Do not look for the tarnish in vain. See the good in each new day, Smell the flowers, laugh with a friend, Enjoy the sunlight, Let the anger end. Live for today, Make each moment count, Don't waste time with negatives, Or you'll find yourself left out. Left out in the cold all alone, Illness or insanity your only company, For that is all that comes from anger, Embrace happiness, for such anger only poisons thee. Glad my words helped a little Monique!! Being angry and feeling sorry for yourself are often so unproductive, not always, but generally. I needed the reminder myself.
