Memory

Holding in her clasp
An urn of Tears,
Pouring from it constantly
Eternal grief...
Drop...by drop...by drop...
Stands Memory;
Torment in disguise.
While pallid Hope
Kneels low at Memory's feet
Catching each drop
On outstretched hand,
To bathe the fevered brow
Of Love.

I do not know how to respond any more to your words Rex. You write such beauty, beauty that I, myself , can only dream of. I try so very hard to make my words flow as lovely as yours, but then I read some thing you have written and realize that I am no where near.
Good insperation for me, you are!!

POwerful writing, this one left me in stunned silence.

It's in your eyes a fire that's wild and glorious
Unhibited, unfinished in everything I do Let the morning rise like our hearts desire" whipping boy

I have come to truly admire your work, Rex, you write with such style and feeling. Can you tell me again the title to your book and where it is available?

With the word, I am mighty, with the pen I am free..
