I'm standing on the edge
between life and death
sanity and insanity
of love and hate
closing my eyes as I leap forward
unknowing of what will happen
remembering the love I once knew
as I plummet into the dark abyss
praying that my soul will find peace
that the pain and sorrow will pass over me
leaving this depression behind
that I will forget the woman I once loved
and the way she broke my heart

To find love is to know true happiness... to hold the one you love is to hold everything... to look into their eyes is to see a glimpse of heaven... b
