Awoke this morning curled up in a ball with tear filled pillows pushed onto the floor. This restless sleep that had accured was because of you and the secrete that i told
I NEVER meant to hurt you
My actions were wrong
To hear the hurt in your voice when i told you what i have done
Took my soul away and left me for dead

I can not turn back time, I wish that i could, so i could change that wrongful night and would NEVER have hurt you

Just know that i do love you
and will till the end of time

Time will only tell, so i can be placed back into your heart and loved once again

This is an example one to be true that lust can take everything away from you

To think back on it, it wasn't worth the pain that i caused someone i am suppose to love

Lessons learned Mystic Wonders.... Lust no matter how thrilling at the time cannot replace true love, sympathy and understanding.
We've all made these mistakes... but the secret is to learn from them..

Really something how lust can propel us into a situation from which there seems to be no turning back...even if we think we are in control of that moment we lose all control over the ensuing consequences. When you said "I never meant to hurt you" it reminded me of a relationship where I mistreated a woman I cared for and I found myself saying "I didn't want to lose you" and yet my actions reflected exactly the opposite...thinks for making me think...I needed this...James

I have to agree with James on this one, and thank you as well for making me think. Passion that you could die for won't keep you warm and happy when you're old and wrinkled.

Thanks all! for reading it...and yes a lesson well learned....one night of lust isnt worth losing a lifetime of love.......
