12/14/00 Torn between the coasts many miles between us My kindred spirit lies over by the shores of the deep blue seas Im longing to be with you Every moment of the day You resting within me upon the day break Torn over not being able to see your smiling face Hearing your soft voice and feeling your breath brush up against me Torn over our love for each other This is the hardest thing i ever had to face Being without my True love Brings a sad look across my face I dream of the day when we finally unite our love My arms wrapped tightly around you and us making love Torn smelling the carmel scented candle that sweeps a sweet smell across my room Thinking of the day when you gave it to me adding an I love you! Torn over the emotions that we so need to share That lasting embrace and soft caress Telling each other that everything will be ok Torn thinking of our future the One that looks so bright The house the kids and ways of trying to survive Our love is what keeps us going until our two Coasts meet and we can be together living happy For all of eternity If you can't be true to yourself...you won't be true to others :( |
