A year ago today I had so much hope for us. thought soon we'd be together, thought I'd be the one you'd trust. A year ago today I would have done anything for you. Would have give'n up my life, so we could be one instead of two. A year ago today I thought what we had was real. I lived on my wishes, and believed in love and how it makes one feel. A year ago today I could see you and me forever. I could picture our kids, so cute and clever. Do you remember A year ago today? you feelings and everything promised then have some how slipped away. Today is so much different. Your so far away. I just hope unlike your feelings for me, your good memories of us will stay. The day I turn my back on you is like saying the day we'll be together. Do you know when that day is? That day is...NEVER. I love you with all my heart: A year ago, today, forever. But now I see my chances with you real clear...there Not a year ago, not today, not ever. Awwwww my heart goes out to you! I know the memories are difficult. But hey time does make them better. Not sure when but it really does. You wrote a beautiful piece here. Full of heart and love.
