Earlier today you looked upset,
You wouldnt tell me why,
Know that I feel the hurt too,
Whenever you look about to cry.

I live to make you happy,
If your pain comes from me,
Know that I'll do whatever it takes,
Even if I have to set you free.

My love for you is unconditional,
If you feel the time is right,
Know that I'll be here for you always,
To talk any time, day or night.

Seeing the pain in your eyes,
Saddens my spirit so,
Know that I only want to mend your heart aches,
And if it makes you happy, I'll let you go.

Omigosh hun! This was sooo sweet! I absolutely adore it! Sometimes you do have to let people go to help them....

Sad..but true poem

I enjoyed reading it even though my heart sank with every line.

Thanks for the read MysticWonders, Mags and Hardrock, life can be tough sometimes, thank you for your kind words. Writen in response to what happened earlier today in my life..i suddenly realised just how much I do love this person...
