Defeat Last night/today I realized something, the past few days have taught me a lesson. One that will forever run through my veins, seering my blood, rising it to a level that makes me wonder why I haven't become ash. Life isn't fair, I am not wallowing, I am not wanting back what once was, I know longer wish to have "status quo" "No longer" is my quote for the day. Defeated, checkmate has occurred. Wonderful thoughts on this one. A great read and so very true.  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. I hate your socks. I'd like to burn them! |
