Rooted in distress; an impression imbedded three feet deep dirtied Expecting, maybe to claim exception for forgiveness clenched Too weak, too weak girl and speak of this no more Whore in fashion to accept a crashing train occupancy Which liquor kissed lips plea innocence to indulge in fantasy Take sips, take sips girl and shake this memory clean Vodka princess dance confession steps and lay down quietly Sleeping potion like oceanside currents flooding nimble veins Sleep now, sleep now girl and sweep shadows over your mind Disturbed echoes stirring silence spilled soaked into the floor Enemies sleep beneath creeping hands bounded around your throat Rid this, rid this girl and riddle your yesterday Accept the notion of a body spoken silence sensing invitation Penetrating wounds to soothe invading words of Denial's foolery Lie down, lie down girl and cry this wolf alone |
