wash away the past
flood my future
"rainbow of hope"
take me to the door
that I have been searching for
cleanse  all of the filth
that has  polluted my soul
wickedly tormented my spirit
kept me from being whole
purify my heart
the heart that is bleeding
looking for healing
cleanse me of the lies
that have been told
wash me in your love
so I may rise above
to live and love again
to call hope my true friend
