With the stars within my reach
The world fell out of hand
Grasping, flailing for the night,
As she slipped through silken sand

The moon, I might just touch
But solidity falls behind
Farther into her depths I travel
With liquid blackness blind

The galaxies I hold
Their symmetry unbound
Eternity is welcoming me
As nighttime comes unwound

thanks guys. this is fun!

If you can feel that staying human is worthwhile, even when it can't have any result whatever, you've beaten them.
