Have you ever been there? Weaved into a dream Didn't even seem you belong But nonchalantly you walk along Wishing for the center, but yet caught on the outside, Have you ever felt alone? Yet in the crowd, like your part of Some perfection, but you are the piece that makes inperfection Wishing to smile, but only the smile Is a frown no deception seen, no one even watching, Have you ever been there? Wanting to turn back, Never return, But must keep going forward And only feel the push from behind, No one even realizes the effort That it takes, each step by step For some it comes to easy, For me I feel as if my legs are crumpling underneath, falling, Why do I persist when all I want is to resist Have you ever been there? Sometimes the mountain top is way to high So all I strive for is the hill, Have you ever been there? |

Yes and when you go hiking you realize that the mountain top will present quite a challenge but the view is glorious...James |

thanks your right but those legs get awfully heavy sometimes, but still the strive forward is the only way to go, even if your not always carrying a grin on your face, because it's the end result that's worth the journey. |
