It has filled my ears, The sound with no reverb. The thousand words your Mouth has never enunciated Ring true and clear, Showing me I have yet To be appreciated. Your silence has betrayed you. Told me everything I Tried not to see. And you are none the wiser, Hanging on to your love Like a miser, Waiting for a better buyer, Ignoring the fortune In my heart. Oh dear, you too? What is it with us, can't we pick a good one? And how can they do this to us, anyway? So much indifference, you could build a nice big sand castle with it, so they could kick it down and into our eyes.. Sorry, had to let that out.. Good writing, as always.
