Into your arms I fall Looking into your lovely eyes Wanting to never let go Or say the saddened good-byes Not letting the walls fall Upon our love so true Your eyes show the love I need That are a pastal shade of blue Squeezing my hand in the evening Protection is all I feel Holding my body each night My heart is beginning to heal You are the Knight from my dreams That I long to see someday I shall never give up on waiting for you For every night I pray I pray for you to enter my life To whisk away my pain I have so much love in myself Yet no one seems to gain So each night I wait and wait For you, my Handsome Knight To live happily for an eternity While holding each other tight No person is worth your tears, and the only one that is ...... will never make you cry |

I tend to mimic Isis' comment about true love, though I often wonder...is not all love true? When you love, no matter your age, or for how long, for whom, or how many, is not that love the truest of the true for that moment, that week...that year? I think it's lasting love I wish that all could find. One that stays and stays when all else falls away. I'd rather love many times than not at all, painful as that sometimes is; but finding the one that stays, no matter how good or bad the days, is the truest love of all though sometimes not as strong or passionate as others may have been. jwesley |
