Fickle Foolish girl- why do you tempt The hand that you've been dealt? When others glimpse inside your life and envy blessing held? Is he worth the pain and guilt this tryst will surely cause? Can he grow to treasure you.. your failures and your flaws? As accumstomed you've become To safety found at home... Reliable security Childrens laughing arms.. Is it possible to forsake The wonder in my being? To do what I've been taught is right No love, No pain, No gain.. Fate! I beg you!! Release me please! I've not the stregnth to choose.. Selfish immorality masks passions subtle truths.. My heart is split asunder a puppet with no strings.. Yes, a family's grief to bear.. or NO..lose everything. |
