Forgive me...my mind works on it's own sometimes...

Star Trek

"Captain, a Romulin depression ship materializing off our port bow!!"
"Steady as she goes, Mr. Chekov"
"Mr. Sulu, stand by all love phasers.  Mr. Spock, shields up….we gotta protect the ship"
"Aye, aye Captain….all phasers on standby, all shields up".
"SCOTTY!!!?"
"Engineering, Captain"
"SCOTTY, I NEED MORE POWER"
"Aye Captain, I’m givin’ her all she’s got"
Spock:  "Captain, incoming depression wave…..stand by for impact"
"BONES?  BONES?  Where are you?  I need you here?
Doc:  "Dammit Jim, I’m just a doctor"
Spock:  "Another depression wave coming……shields down 40%"
"Power to the shields, Mr. Spock.  SCOTTY…..MORE POWER"
Doc:  "Dammit Jim, I’m just a doctor"
"SHUT THE H*** UP, BONES!!!"
"SCOTTY……WHERE’s MY POWER…..I NEED MORE POWER"
"Captain, might I suggest that we beam up Tara from Dark Passions…….lots of positive energy there"
"Good idea, Spock……make it so"
"Uh…Captain….wrong generation"
"Oh…..yeah, well, you know what I mean"
"It’s still not working Captain…..you got all the power I can give you….we need more love"
"Dammit Jim, I’m just a doctor"
"BONES…..Don’t make me come down there…."
"Beam up Sunshine, CatalinaMoon and…..what’s that new one’s name…oh yeah, LuckyinLove……we need all the love we can get"
"Aye Captain……love being beamed up"
"…..AND SOMEBODY FIND KNYDER, for heaven’s sake.  Do I have to do everything myself?"
Uhuru:  "Captain…..Moderator Isis on the Dark Passions channel…..she says you’re out of your territory"
"Not now, Uhuru……hey, after this is all over, what say we slip back to your place…."
"Oh Captain, my Captain…..you are SO naughty"
"Dammit Jim, I’m just a doctor"
"That’s it Bones…..I’m kicking your butt when I leave the bridge"
Spock:  "Captain….phasers gone, helm is off line…..we’re drifting into the Romulin depression"
"Somebody get Janeway up here…..I need help"
Spock:  "Uh Captain…..that’s Voyager"
"Oh yeah, right.  Hey Spock, you ever check out that Seven of Nine…..?  Now there a Borg I’d like to………….."
"CAPTAIN……Look out!!!  We’re about to ram the depression"
"Load the photon torpedoes, Mr. Sulu"
"With what Captain…..we have no love left"
"Beam up Joel the Wolf…..he’s in California somewhere…..Angel’s Hair?,  Angel’s Breath?…somewhere like that…..just get him.  And get Jeramiah too"
"What can they do Captain?"
"They can give us the love we need to fight off this depression.  Haven’t you read ANYTHING, Sulu?  Boy, your butts going back to Dark Passions Academy when we get home."
"Oh Jimmmmmmy…….this is Bone’sy…..you busy?"
"BONES!!!  I’m telling you…..you’re gonna really get it now…..you quack!!!"

And so ends this episode of the Star Trek of Love……Join us next time, when we hear Joel the Wolf say, "Pshawwww….I thought you had a REAL problem…..this ought to take about five minutes…Stand by all PC’s, ready on the poetry"

Sorry folks….when you take a vow to fight depression, sometimes your mind just goes a little screwy.  Love you all……Hardrock

This was a REALLY sweet one!  I thought I was the only one who came up with allegorical stories on fighting things like depression, and various other psychological and spiritual battles.  Good job here.  Personally, I always use depression to help me write poetry.  I'll probably be sorry for saying that in a while, if I ever end up with severe depression.  Some of my family members have had that.  They say you wouldn't want to wish that on your worst enemy.

Anyhow, this was a good read, and very funny too!
