Sweet embers of passion haunting her bed
cObWebs and tears now replace them instead

A wEb of whispers and sweet desires
weaves a mirage of tomorrows fire

Sultry taste of old lover still linger
tracing her lips is a new lovers finger

Insatiable lovers whisper until dawn
titillation of sighs which they are drawn

He calls her his "Sweet Madonna Lily"
blending the essence of their sweet love
arousing him in lace of chantilly
touches her softly with his leather glove

He holds his Madonna Lily tight
To the tango of their dance in southern lights
Drowning in her tears of cObWeb nights

Reach high, for stars lie hidden in your soul.
Dream deep, for every dream precedes the goal.

Victoria, one more and I am going to start applauding..Tell me, have you found happiness after the old love, or do you still long for him?
Email me if you can, I would love to talk about some things.

Victoria,
this is full of haunting images of sorrow and comfort offered when it cannot be received. I liked it.

Be well
