I think to a place forgotten by time Insanity, with no reason, or rhyme. It's presence looms, like a dark deity A scar on the face of humanity. Those who lived different lives, or different race, Sent to die in this horrible place. I picture them, on their knees, in the mud As Mother Earth drinks of their fear, and blood. Those who did not die, lived their lives in fear Of the atrocities that went on here. Though time has served to somewhat close the wound, It wont conceal the evils of this tomb. It stands, a shell of what it used to be Cold, and distant...like a memory. -"..." |
