Questions from the Heart to the Mind A flutter in my heart Emerged as you came near I want to believe Your intentions are dear Yet still I struggle to Contrive Is your character as I fear? Trust must be gained, How do I over come My hesistations? Could you be just like all those others? Who are naught much else than thieves? Thieves of Hearts Preying upon emotions Whom caught unaware Set themselves unbeknownst For the coming fall. How does on truely know If their character is how they show? you don't know..not for a while..that's why I'm leary of so called whirlwind relationships..I think the marriage statistics will bear me out on this. But, if one insists on rushing headlong into a relationship blindly, I remind them of the old carnival addage..."You pays your money and you takes your choice"  peacethe woods are lovely, dark, and deep, but I have promises to keep, and many miles to go before I sleep...Frost |
