Bury Me In Sorrow

Murmurings echo this empty shell
with others who precede me
to hell's way at a brisk pace.
Bereft and adrift I reap
and sow course sand leaking
through time.

Discourse; I watch
in remorse.

So like dreams, unrelenting taunts
taking their toll. I release,
spewing forth hungry fantasy.
Clenched lips nourish with moisture low.
Gritty particles disappear in undulating waves
of transgression.

I bask in hollow-stomach lies,
life flashes before my eyes.

Tulip fields,
lush with fallacy-fed humid puffs, thrive.
Petals open, doubling to the shuddering,
windy nips and I watch appalled,
cold breeze releasing their hips,
blooming unfertile.

Suffer me, take me down
as black nears over the rise,
chasing away white.
Drown me in the mocking
dew,

Bury me in sorrow.

Thanks, Isis. Contrary of the dreary content, I actually had alot of fun writing this one. *grin*

I'm thrilled you like it. And I mean that...because I hesitated posting this.

Thanks again.    ....chanson~

I'm pleased to have piqued your tastebuds, Deranger.  ...(Super grin? It looks more like a Halloween mask. *giggle*)
