Destined together Sorry, but I'll never let you go. I still got power and hope So I'll fight hard to reclaim what was mine And you, my friend will return. I know wherever you are This moment you pause and remember Days we had in past not that far And part of you surrenders. That's just me, thinking of you And the bond between us too strong To resist the wave of emotions running through Invisible cable connecting two that belong. All day I dwell in memmories of us together Talking, laughing, passing jokes. Friends used to say we'll get married... Our lives intertwined, Your name next to mine In the book of all mighty locked. Though we grew far for now And you're playing out of reach You miss me but letting your pride somehow Keep you from doing what you wish. very nice poem. May I Suggest that you start with a simple hello and from there I'm sure the love will blossom all over again. Break down the walls before they build up more and more. |
