Fair Maiden Dressed For Pain I birthed you with much joy, there were no chains I did it out of love. You aged “when” flashed by me, but now stands fair maiden, dressed for pain and sorrow. Was I not complete enough in the dressing of life, love, and responsibility? did I not give of self to extremes in your behalf? Why then, “tell me” what is this? Life does not bend this far for you to test waters so deep. Can not you see plainly your path, no blinders did you receive at any moment in my life. I do not question myself here, I question your walk the wrong direction so carelessly. I helped nurture and show you which choice was of any worth, why then do you not think back. Please I gave freely to you in hopes your choices would be thought out, but I will stand by you through your pains, but I will not stop there coming. Freedom of choice is everyone’s, but the right to choose in which way to walk lays in your hands alone, so please remember the wisdom I imparted on to you as a youth and render good judgment. You know of my heart and the package I carry, love is weighty at times, but I would carry you to the ends of the earth, love has no limits even when tested, this is what I’ve learned. No one said growing up was easy or even sane. I imagine being a parent must be equaling as mind blowing? Love truly has no limits, not so much an emotion as an element, able to tear down both hearts and brick and mortar with equal ferocity. I’m sorry the maiden has to be dressed for such a…unfortunate event as pain. ---------------------- Spreading insanity, one post at a time |

Hi Everyone, Thank you for your kind replys, Because my growing up was so terriably bad I made myself a promise as a teen that when I had kids they would have a parent that would communicate fully no matter weather I liked what was going on or not, my kids and I do have the up most in communications in our lives and it has worked in almost everything that has come up but now the little darling is venturing out in to the world and finding that she has other oppsions that not all house holds talk truthfully about everything going on with them and I MEAN EVRYTHING , letting go I eargerly await not to get ride of them but because in my mind I will have helped them to a point of adult hood not like my mother but with the most love, help, security and everything that goes alone with raising a child in a house filled with love my most greatest fear is that I will not of given them a frienship open and free of any supid things that would block our relationship throught out thier WHOLE LIFE, every person is different in raising kids mine I think stemed from the fact that I was adapted and the person that did should of never had the right to have any kids ever, and this is not just my feelings but seven other kids as well she gifted terriable things tous all, and don't get me wrong even with all that this women put me through I still love her and have all my life fought for a relationship one I feel is suppost to be. Now that I have told the world of my life in this matter I will say thank you again to all of you and close saying this to we shall make it through times are though but that is when I getting up and fight harder then ever. Love to all, Cerenity [This message has been edited by Cerenity (edited 08-27-2000).] |
