This I do not understand- Personality fine as pure gold, Smile that lights up rooms, Or so I am told. Wit sharp enough to be sold, Heart big as Texas, Soul strong as platinum. Skills I could let pay bills, But prison I shall not redo. Does that not show I have grown? Changes I have made, Progress I have charted, And I remain in the same spot From which I started, so Very long ago-- Square one. No one to love, No one to call my own. I will now call this place My home. *****kynder A woman to a man is But a mere chapter, But a man to a woman Is an entire book.-- Kynder Howell |

Pssst, Kynder....I'll let you in on a secret: There is no square one. It's a myth. Was it Jack London who said, "You can never go home again". Hey, "Home" is where the heart is. Read my poem, "The Train" and you will see what I mean....I never look back, never go back and don't worry about yesterday. I have only here, now and me. So I make the best of it here, now and with me. Like all your stuff, I loved it. Hardrock |

As I do to. Joel. I howl a mournful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel. |
