No Closure

Dusty Ball jars forgotten
in damp ground cellar,
preserved time not found,
unfilled.

Double Sealy,
firmed and cloaked
with finest imported silks
lacing her fingertips,
slept in,
unmade.

Garden rows straight
but overgrown,
weeds taller than
the fruit of labor,
unpicked.

Love relationship,
born prematurely
to the immature,
umbilical cord
left intact too long,
ironically,
drew life
out of both.

There is no closure
to be found.

chanson~

Very true....left hanging, no answer, no reason, no closure....isn't fun, isn't fair.

Thank you for reading....and more.  ...chanson~
