There’s a party going on somewhere I hear the music playing loud And every time I sing along, Tears within start flowing down So I decide to simply stay quiet... And solve problem with silence Yet still I hear the music clear And there goes my favorite song I cannot seem to stop thinking The lights are from your house But you said that life’s no party Not without me for that song I know now you were faking Just like since months gone by There’s a party going on, I know where... You done this for the whole town I can’t believe you did again What each time you have done... The party goes on...somewhere... If all was light...then I would have never learnt the dark...from which such truth evolves from which evolves the light... Avanti Rao |

Dog gone it Kynder, you took all my words. you know Avante, I'm a fighter, when I'm sick I work out the hardest, when I'm left out side a party I crash it, and let them deal with it. I don't push my weight around, but smoothly move into where I want. Or do your own party. Anyway yes life is a party it might be mine or it might be yours. enjoyed the read. Joel I howl a mournful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel. |

It's strange, but I didn't see this as being left out of a physical space. I saw it as being left out of someone's life, their heart and their love. To me, it said that someone had moved on, left Avanti behind....left him out of their life....but he could still hear the "music" two entwined hearts make, he could still see the "lights" of a love that pushed out the darkness of dispair in the past. Guess I'm a hopeless romantic....I enjoyed it...even if I did project some of my own feelings and experiences into it. Good work. Hardock |
