Relating Everytime I hear about sadness I think about my own lack of gladness When I hear about an abused child I think my parents punishments weren’t mild If I hear about suicide A secret smile I try to hide I have tried to do it Didn’t go though with it Wish I had I’m still sad |

Hi Darkstar, This is so true this relating to others peoms and content it gets me to thinking and hopefully from the writers point of veiw I get another look at what ever it is that I can relate to giving me hopefully more wisdom in reguards to it. For me the sadness does not go away until I completely understand the why's to the proublem and even then the pain may not go away but it is understood. This poem in its self is full of wisdom and insightful thank you for sharing and welcome to passions I look forward to more of your work. Love, Cerenity "God doesn't have to be reminded that we exist. We have to be reminded that He exist!" (Writer Unknown) |
