INSANE LAUGHTER

I just have to laugh at myself,
the way I so easily smile.
Even when I don't mean it,
& all I want to do is cry.
but instead I hide from the world,
from myself,
because I like the image,
I've worked so hard to build.
Strong, untouchable, unbreakable,
& I don't want anyone to see,
me for who I truly am.
A weak & crying child.
Because then how could they love me,
if they knew I didn't even love myself?

I agree to keep on smiling, but only if you feel like it. If you want to cry, do it. It's a great release. You're a human being so let those emotions out.

Cutiepie, I like this, but don't wear the happiness mask so tight you can't crack it. Life was meant to be a mixture of sorrow and laughter. Too much of either is madness. Warm hugs.

All I can say is that I know this all too well. I haven't cried for a good year, maybe year and a half. Even if I want to, and I allow myself to, the tears have ran dry, and I have no more to shed. Do what your heart tells you to. Then you'll never go wrong.

Thanx every1 & I know I do cry & hurt just not in the company of others I don't see the point Whatever feeling I'm having I just suck it up & smile when people are around if I didn't I'd probably be crying all the time & nobody likes that lol

I can't suck it up... I can burst in tears for such small and sometimes stupid reasons that I hate myself afterwards...
But mostly I like to laugh and cheer (if I'm in a good mood of course...)
