Hateful Sometimes the hate comes pouring out, I smell it from within. No difference does it make, if it is he, that's drinking gin. Or if it's me, I'm drunk on hate, especially right now. I curse the day he found that comfort, instead of me, somehow. I'm venting in the passion's dark, am sitting in it, too. That dismal, dank and lonely place, instead of being with you. Someday he'll wish he hadn't, too late, by then will be. I'll learn to fly and soar the skies I'll smile, 'cause I'll be free. MM 2k *sorry it's almost 2 and I am sulking....as he just walked in... MM, don't be sorry, this is great. Full of emotion. I'm sorry about your situation, though (presuming it is real). Are you OK? Lotharingia "Dreams are life, reality, creation" Miguel de Unanumo |

I wrote this a while ago, and frankly I don't think it's that great of a poem but I ask that you look only at the meaning intended behind it. Hugs for you. heh. It was actually the first post ever on this forum for me. Les femmes. God's masterpiece, His gift to man. So fragile to the eye. So warm to the toutch. They are made of a fabric apart from all others. Flowing, each detail flowing into the next. Strong, adament in the belief that they are worthy. Alive. Their emotion beams from them. Their love all consuming. What else could overcome the pain of spending one's life, working, shaping, loving, laughing, crying, teaching, and worrying only to walk away? What makes a woman so......divine? 'Tis not thier flesh, even though it is the tangible product of the ether's design. Their holiness is because of their minds. Their wit unparalled folded with allure. Some charm that one can not resist. An aroma of mystique. Aloofness only sparks furthur interest. These things make a woman. Their love is a poison. Not to kill the mind or soul. A poison to kill all desire for anything but them. Oh to taste that sweet poison only to die again and again at thier whim. To be reborne by their love. I say this to women, "Stand proud and let no one make you think you are any less then my desperatly inadequate account of you. Transcend all doubt and shine as the angels that you are." |

beowulf_26...brought tears to my eyes...thank you for posting a most beautiful poem *I like your 26 by the way...it's my day of birth... the dawning brings gray clouds again the spiritless still sleeps I come to join the living and in words of soft, I keep this head held higher as the day begins to stretch it's arms And dream my thoughts and wantings of eyes that hold my charms... don't know where this just came from..but maybe it's a poem trying to come out... ~~softly smiling...at the inspiration you created in me this morn..thank you doubly Maureen |

Kethry walks over and gives MMoonchild a big hug. *hugs*. Been there done that don't let it get to you. Thanks for the poem which was not beautiful but deep and moving anyway. Kethry. When dark of night steals your soul. Think of me and be made whole. |
