Hanging broken dieing Thinking dismal thoughts Shattered street light tells Of dreams long since gone Cresent moon sweeps in midnight Forshadowing my doom Strawfilled body useless Limbs snapping in the wind Unmoving eyes search Unwelcome hunters beware I have but one purpose To scare Billowing clothing Reaper's cape My stare is dark and chill I hold the cresent moon, my scyth And watch beneath my hood Solitary silhouette Guarding with my life I hang till dawn Swing with the wind Dark thoughts of death I scare the robbers Death to theiving crows |
