i remember the way you held my hand in yours. the way we held each other close. the way you ran your fingers through my hair. when you touched me my whole body chilled over but then warmed again in the feel of your fingers on my skin. we didn't have long for i was forced to leave i will always remember the way you looked at me no one has ever looked at me that way. you looked deep into my eyes when i looked into yours i saw someone who loved me with a true love. i long to be in your arms again i'm far away but in my mind we are still close. i promise there will be a day where we are together again. i know there is a way our true last will last forever |

i'm far away but in my mind we are still close... love that line, beauty...and if they aren't too sad you may want to post the happier ones of love and hope in the open poetry section....I was posting my sadder ones here...this one is of beautiful thoughts... ~~softly Maureen *but what do I know..I am new here, also *wink |

moonchild, i know that my poems aren't as sad or as deep feeling as the other ones in dark passions but i just love to read the poems that the people in here write. they make me think about my life in a different way!! i've read some in open poetry and they are good too!! i just enjoy dark passions so much more!! If you let love in your life you are either going to be happy or sad for the rest of your life. |
