She was only four,
A tiny little thing.
Hair of golden strawberries,
Round eyes so hazel green.

A joy to all our family.
She loved to skip and play.
A merry little heart,
Singing all the day.

But in the twinkling of an eye,
One driver took her song.
Our lives were changed forever.
Our Tammy now was gone.

In her daddys arms,
She quietly slipped away.
She sings with angels now.
On streets of gold she plays.

I imagine her in fields of green,
Laughing in the wind.
Tossing back her curly hair,
Playing tag with her new friends.

I see her in our Saviours lap,
Snuggled near His heart.
Giggling up at Him.
Happy as a lark.

Yes I know that she is happy now.
Its us that feel the pain.
And realizing that our loss,
Was certainly heavens gain.
