           Happiness

Happiness flows in little drops,
Like happy tears and pleasant wiles,
From gumdrops and lollipops,
Making snowballs and sand piles.

Happiness flows in tacit turns
From memory whirls that go to store.
Making inlets of return,
Happy phantoms that explore.

Happiness is El Do-ra-do
The fulfillment of a brochure.
Or the sight of a rainbow,
Or a moment on a tour.

Happiness is, for goodness sake,
From the near and yesteryear.
A piece of candled birthday cake
And to some just an ice cold beer.

A cut, a bruise, a faded scar,
Or just a light beam from a star.

Seymour, this is a beauty!! Loved it and voted

Yes, I am here, but I am dead, not alive,
my body goes on, my spirit has died
and I though alive, feel dead inside.
