Forgive Me

A soft jagged edge,
Calmly screams at me.
Ripping,
Through my mind.
I plead for it’s forgiveness,
Hoping for redemption,
All is lost;
There is nothing to forgive.

ooh--  I read this one a few times to fully grasp it. Good poem.
"....Hoping for redemption/ all is lost.."  I can relate to those lines.  Very mysterious, yet to the point.  Very expressive poem.

well written...
short and very expressive

from which evolves the light...

hey YU,
in this i see that "it" is the "edge"
usually in my world, "it" is the "abyss"
lol forgiven for nothing, eh?
irony defined, perhaps?
Wondering if anyone
will see the humor?

excellant,

Forgiveness of oneself is indeed the most important thing.
Great poem

Sometimes, so much can be said with so few words.  Maybe, that is one of the nice things about poetry, expression and imagery at it's best.  I hope to see pieces such as this in the book.  It would enhance it's appeal i believe.
~~nice writing~~

Lynne, hehe, you can be a good English teacher you know really? have confidence in yourself. You know how you always tell me your English is not up to standard? Now, I should say that you are wrong about this one.. I like this one very much. And i will vote.
