raindrops clog my thoughts and words seem to hold the weight of one million tons when spoken from the mouth of someone much older than I mother and father my hidden lifeline Somewhere in the thirteenth year I realized that the world is much bigger than my thoughts and suddenly I feel like the child I so desperately don't want to be I float around in my little world where a path awaits paved for me I listen to my music and full of naive passion I dream of the days when I will be born I fall in love with a white dress and a man no clearer than a morning fog I smile silly and dream of the day I will start living not today or tomorrow but someday the brightest seven letters in my child's heart |
