Masterpiece Of You I want to paint the canvas in hues of our love, trickles of dancing colors blending their way creating an impression of deepest emotions. Inside my soul, rainbows capture small dreams dressing them with tender scenes to uncover, my heart a bountiful playground for attention. I'm drawn away within a kaleidoscopes vision, a taste of destiny's sweetest summer pleasure before my eyes tempting my palette with delight. Each day another brilliant hue becomes visible as my mind creates this masterpiece of you, where soon within time this painting will be framed. |

"I want to paint the canvas in hues of our love," Lost Dreamer, what a beautiful first line. Such an imaginative theme, this masterpiece of yours. The rest of the poem is just as sweet...just that the first line was perfect with which to lead the reader forward. ~ Claire Could a greater miracle take place than for us to look through each other's eyes for an instant?......Henry David Thoreau |

gloria, the poetic voice of a woman with much love to share is so very clear here... your writing gets better and better... LOVE the interior rhyme in these two lines: "Inside my soul, rainbows capture small dreams dressing them with tender scenes to uncover" this line is FABULOUS: "I'm drawn away within a kaleidoscopes vision" wonderful romantic verse, my friend! |

"My mind creates this masterpiece of you"... Nice, Gloria - this is a beautiful poem... Our minds are capable of wondrous art, aren't they? |
