This Place Called Passions Ask me what I’ve gleamed from this place called passions, I would say the spirits every realm, thoughts every hiding place, loves every ride, the souls every color or colorless self. Magic, myth, memories and so much more. I feel the sea’s hypnotic pull, the shores rhythmic trance’s. Spirits riding the waves forever bond to wander, of ships that never return. Mermaids intoxicating beauty that has spell bound many a sailor, and enticed them to the balmy deep. Sip wine in loves dreams state of ecstasy, to lose a loved one to the stupidity of a drunk. Little boy lost, life time companion found. To find true love or to wander in and out of some ones heart pulling every string possible. To fall flat faced in a pool of sorrow to never be able to crawl out again due to lost love. Warranted mistrust of a spouse, lack of emotion’s due to constant mental beatings. Hatred in full, and sorrow at its deepest points. I know the thrust of a dagger deep in to the flesh and the rising up of condemned loved ones to walk life’s roads in a healthy state. To experience deaths door open and shut, to give birth to a wanted child. Stabbing of Satan, the kiss of God, soul in waiting, the soul gone in flight and soul in want but fear is in its way. To fight a dragon and claim victory over its lair, sit in a magical garden and listen to fairy’s tell their tales. Ride the waves with captain and his crew. To be in a time capsule and awake in the future only to want to go back to the present. To spin and dance with lily’s and sway as meadow grass. To fall as a leaf and float light as a feather. To understand the power of a rose, know why God blessed it with such beauty. Know the seasons and how man enjoys natures realm. To see the mist and how it resembles Gods fingers wandering through the valleys, to understand the demeanor of a fawn, the first flight of a dove, the death of a creature held dear. I know whose footsteps are in the sand and who carries me across this forsaken land. I know of rain that falls softly to my cheeks to meld with tears gently shed. I have felt my spirit sore to the heavens in pure delight and fall in love with dreams that are not mine. To now understand some of my life’s mysteries and to accept them good or bad, and not be afraid of what is not yet seen. This is some of what I’ve gleamed from this place of passions, but the most important thing is the friendships I have gained. Through their eyes I have been to the ends of the earth and back again. To the depths of the soul and to heaven above and it’s the poets that take me there and to all of the places in between. I feel them and understand too there lives and just how much they are like you and me. Just simply a place of passion By, Cerenity "God doesn't have to be reminded that we exist. Oh, Sweet, sweet Cerenity~ Is it any wonder I love you so ! You are such a gentle, gentle soul ... always giving ... always supportive ... just the perfect kind of friend to have. I've never read anything so sincerely rendered in my life. I'm nominating your heart for inclusion on the National Monument list.  I wish you lived right next door ! Marge and Mark I can not begin to tell you how much your words of such feeling mean to me. I have not been here at passions much due to life and all and I guess I need to tell all of you that I still love you and do not mean to stay away. For me a BIG-HEATHY-DOSE of Passions is what makes my day but bottom line its you poets that like me live to write and share are all. I think from time to time we want to express our feelings about passions and we simply can not find the words to say just Hoooooooow-MUCH we love it here. Dear Cerenity, This is one of the loveliest poems I have read and knowing who wrote it makes it that much more special. Hi Sunshine, You just said one of the nices things to me and I will cherish these words in my heart forever, see this is just what I mean by this place of passions the feelings, friendships fordged it just almost seems to be too true that this small family compaired to the world could enjoy friendships without all of the stuff that "well" you know bad stuff that on a daily basess people have to live through, you know some day I hope to write a special poem to Ron but he has read so many works of art it is going to have to be so special to feel it would make a mark but he has created a place that a soul can reside in harmony with others, and the poets them selves being the foundation well you have heaven on earth. I really do not beleive that you could find a place like this any were. If only the world could just visit this place and find out what life is really like or should I say could be, I guess that proubly would not change anything, Everyone at passions has to return to the world out here I wonder if it makes a difference in their lives by being a part of this heaven on earth. I know for me it keeps my heart strong enough to endure the STUFF that I must wade in until I get a refill of love, but also it keeps things in perspective more, the things that would normally passed off as acceptable now I can put in there proper place the trash can and not accept the things not heathy or desirable, I wonder if others are affected as I am? well now that you have a small novel thank you again for your very kind words. Hi Jenn, It is so nice to hear your kind words I am glad you liked this poem, But more importain is that I have now had the pleasure of meeting you, I want to welcome you to passions I am sorry its so late but I am glad you have stayed I will look for your work ok, thank you agin. Miss Butterfly, I am so glad that you don't mind me calling you that because a butterfly to me means beauty sent from the heavens and when I read your poetry you stand up to that name with much ease, I want to thank you for your loving words, I am so glad everybody likes this because I wanted to shout it to the world just how much you all mean to me and this place, nobody in my life wants anything to do with it and I just smile because they are the ones that are missing out on the most wonderful thing a world, there is no judgement,fear,loss,anger,hate,ect. not that these things do not exist but rather than using them as a weapon we use them to find answers, our poetry takes over rather then our bad trates, we are all still human and make mistakes but we try trully try to find out the whys and that is what makes our hearts sing such lovely tunes each others answers to the whys, we all have this one thing in common poetry, everybody needs to fit somewere but here it is in peace. thank you again my friend.
