Where is he? Generations come and pass just as fast, into hollow graves bodies are cast. Is there a God? Where is he? People suffer, crying for help! Where is he? The world’s corrupt and falling apart, he wants us to change our ways, but won’t help us start. He just sits watching the world corrode, sees us heading down Hell’s lonely road. Is there a God? Where is he? People are dying! Where is he? They say he’s watching from up in the sky, so much pain! and he’s just standing by? Just watches, letting us do wrong, the righteous road is slow and long. Is there a God? Where is he? So much evil! Where is he? Gave us freewill, trouble’s ours alone, are you God? how’s this known? It’s not. It’s just what we think, so wash the lies down the sink! There’s no God, he doesn’t exist, and if he does, he’s really pissed. Is there a God? Where is he? Corrupting his “word”!? So where is he? There’s no God, there never was, or he’d be helping like he supposedly does. But instead we suffer from all the pain, things in the world drive some people insane. Violence, hatred, and racism too, are we all as ignorant as you? Made in your likeness, that must be it, life’s a joke and some people quit. Where are you God? Why aren’t you here? to stop the pain, suffering, and fear? Is there a God? Where is he? You think there is? Well where is he? He’s not there, against all that you thought, why would he leave us? and let us to rot? There’s no God, there can’t be, it’s so obvious, you need to see. If there’s a God, where is he? but there isn’t, cuz where is he? |

This is a question I ask myself everyday. And you defined asked it in a correct way. Thank you for sharing ![]() Ronil (What I say I live by and what I live by is what I create). |

IMHO, God allows each and every one of us to make our own decisions, then we have to live with what we choose. It means innocent people get hurt too, but it's all about "Free-Will" to come to God in your own time, in your own way. If God controlled everything we would be mere puppets on an earthly stage. Nice poem by the way, I was very impressed ![]() ~Heather |

Good poem...excellent thoughts... Many times I have wondered where God is and why he allows so much suffering. The conclusion is that everything has an opposite. Thus heaven and hell God and devil Love and hate happiness and sadness. living and dying Sometimes we seem to either focus to much on the negative or receive too much of the sadness and during these moments we want to question God. Where are you God? Why so much sadness in the world? Wish life could be only happiness...but it never will be...perhaps if we make better choices it will be just a little happier than the average...James |

a lot of questions...well hmmm what can i say about this poem...well i feel that it all stems from faith....we are taught that God doesn't come and recitfy the mistakes of man for we have our own free will..we have decided to make this life what it is..i belive somewhere in the Bible he even made a pact with Noah i believe after flooding the world that he shall never intervine again..or soemthing to that effect i forget the words exactly...the poin tis that He is not here to correct eevry mistake that we make...like we can not have our parents running to our sides every time we get into accidents or what not as teenagers...but he is there for support when ever we look for Him..just like if a teenager looks for support in his parents....that would be my line of reasoning anyway...thanx for letting me ramble ![]() "my love is my motivation my love is my inspiration perception of this poem is your interpretation" -- rlt |
