Treeguy by Auguste Treeguy is a friend of ours He's green and decorated Just like a Christmas tree he is His sweetness, understated He likes to tell us that he's real And not the stuffed toy that you see He likes to play the chut-up game And when afraid, he runs to me He loves almost everyone he sees But children he loves the best He relates real well with these Sometimes Treeguy is a pest Treeguy often likes to pick At another toy that's not stuffed That goes by the name of Pounce And sometimes they get rough Treeguy lives a sheltered life And is afraid of everything He likes for us to think he's brave And he sometimes likes to sing "Bidi bidi bom bom" is his song And to this he likes to dance He wants to build a web site And he would, had he the chance Treeguy's scared of little dogs And he threatens bacon grease Sometimes when he's talking I think that it will never cease To others, just a stuffed toy But to us a special friend He adopted us as his family So we'd spend our lives with him |

This would make a great childern's poetry. Great work. Ronil (What I say I live by and what I live by is what I create). |

I agree with Xeonox ~ this is delightful! ~ Claire Could a greater miracle take place than for us to look through each other's eyes for an instant?......Henry David Thoreau |
