I will miss your whispers of love your lips and your "I love You's" I will miss calling you darling no one has been my darling before I will never feel love like this again I thought of you each time I awoke now, my heart is crushed from your deceit how could I have been such a fool a fool in love with you no longer will I be your lover you hid my love from the world when I thought the world of you I know you will miss my love but I hope I do not miss yours |

Victoria - excellent weaving of words and sentiment here. I like the way you contrast his actions and your thoughts. Perfectly written - I'd hate to get a letter with this poem in it. Truly, a plunge to the heart, and enough to weigh any man's conscience. |
