Cleaning out the Closet ~Note~ This poem is in response to me cleaning out my email account folders... She sits by the tall closet Filled to the brim with old things Slowly opening the door, Reaching in grabs a box And begins her trip down memory lane Reading through old letters Sometimes crying, sometimes laughing Feeling put through an emotional wringer At the end she feels better -somehow- For by cleaning the closet She has driven out some bad memories And threw all the others away Time flies? Say it not so, time stays we go. |

Yanno, Cuddlez - I have been hoping you would come out of the closet. It must have taken a lot of courage to do this...what??? you were only CLEANING the closet??? OMG - heh heh Incidently - I really like this poem. I especially like the parts about reading old letters and crying and laughing. I guess I'm just sentimental, but that really struck a chord in me. Great writing. |

Cuddlez a memory lane you're glad is cleaned out. You've written well of it! Laughing and crying, and finally feeling free after sorting through it all. What a relief.  |

LngJhn~ Just cleaning out a closet. Man was it a mess (took me 2 hrs to read through all the junk in the email and I then precedeed to clean my room...) Didn't ever think of it "coming out of the closet" guess I won't ever have to do that though  ).WhtDove~ Feel much better now ). Thanks to both of ya for the compliments )-------------------------------------------- I'm back, ready to rumble and tough better watch out, hehe ).--------------------------------------------- ~Cuddlez~ Time flies?
