Mr. Toerag, this letter here, is writ in metered verse
you have some habits that are queer, but that is not the worst
I heard you lampooned Balladeer, and taught him how to curse
How do you plead, fulfill my need, just tell me or I'll burst

Mr. Toerag, you and Long John, started up a spree
And all the others went along, they laughed it up, tee hee
I'm standing here in judgement strong, so tell me what's your plea
Are you cursed, do you durst tell me, maybe I win you see

Mr. Toerag the trial is set, so answer now in truth
How will you answer and I bet, I hear a curse,… oh strewth!
I forgot you're off the net , 'cause you're too long in the tooth
Just tell me now, don't have a cow, what was your plan uncouth?

Mr. Toerag, you answer not, an indication of your guilt
You'd better stop writing  poetry, and start making up a quilt
Your poems sank to the bottom, and you'll find they're full of silt
And then the rumor, sparked by good humor, till by embarrassment you're kilt.

This ought to bring him out of the woodwork.
I'd love to hear his earthy response to this.
You make me laugh, Kethry
Great little poem!

Kethry - great poem!  It may be in good humor, but I know from experience that it is challenging to put together an A-A-A-A poem that flows well, and doesn't stretch too hard to make the rhymes work.  I enjoyed this very much.

Well lookie here! I'm on trial again? Why, I'm so innocent yanno...in every way possible, you can't possibly I taught Balladeer anything. He's so, so, well knowledgeble in everything from roaches to ants to waterbugs...and I heard he can write poetry a little too....And cursing?...Why, he got that all from that damn sailor LongJohn.....I'm just shy, quiet, peace loving and sweet...yep...that's Toerag in a nutshell alright.....lol....nice job here though...what color panties are you wearing?
