The Morning Rose A rush of cool air speaks to the morning rose share your glory of velvet red tipped with silver drops of morning dew a golden butterfly flutters nearby in glowing anticipation he waits Mr. Snail creeps in to take a seat Oh, enchanting rose, do give us a show! overflow with blooms, in soft hues of red surround us with silver droplets of morning dew dance with the golden sunrise as birds sing a lovely melody As morning gives way to a sunny day take a bow with the petals you shed shower us with a carpet of red soft enchanting morning rose Till we meet again in June so long my friends ... Thanks Sudhir I looked at my one rose bush this morning, and I have several red roses in full bloom. I think this is there last show before fall. Deb ![]() |
