What have you done to me, Darlin'? I tried so to close up my heart... But you cast your spell, and my strength went to hell... And the wall I'd built up blew apart!! What will you do with me, Darlin'? Now that you broke my heart free? I wish you could feel-What I feel-It's so real... Tell me, are you just playing with me? I've never touched you yet, Darlin'... Or kissed the warm lips on your face... But maybe someday...in your arms I will lay... And I'll finally feel your embrace... It happened so fast to me, Darlin'... I tried really hard not to fall... It hasn't been long...and it doesn't feel wrong... Only time and emotion will tell... So, I'm waiting here for you, Darlin'... I don't know what else I can do...[not yet]... If the timing is right...on some magical night... We'll make love by the light of the moon... Today is a gift.... That is why they call it 'the Present'! |
