© 2000 Christopher Ward daydreams chaste, sprinting far on ahead you- gaily laughtering as I chase; foam on feet heart on sand caress on fingers lips of joy barely brushing chestnut tresses daisy-chains a-flight, a-smiled ocean-gazed, light of bluest hope infectious you, yes, your smile as well I live your love as I love to live… you [This message has been edited by Christopher (edited 08-30-2000).] |

Chris, now I fully know why you actually do the formatting elsewhere. It allows you to tweak, add color, and perfect your presentation. This you have done, and more. This is more than just a line of words gliding down the page...this is Romance. Wonderful style and color usage, exquisite poem. |

You know C, this gives me an image of a peaceful island. And some kind of almost inescapable joy. But a joy that is held in a dreaming place. Yet the colour in the word 'blueish' highlights the word 'hope' immediately afterwards. So it is like there is fear that it is all but a dream meshed with hope. This is a graceful work; it rushes down that shore. K Oh and I just had to add: Very clever use of double meaning on 'chaste' - love that... < !signature--> "He looked across the silky surface of the Severn... it was a famously difficult river with fierce tides..." Chris, this is so soft and romantic. I love it. I also loved the play on words for chaste. Be well Kethry "It is the image in the mind that links us to lost treasures; but it is the loss that shapes the image, gathers the flowers weaves the garland."- |

Sea - Thank you. I think presentation can be half the impression! Julie Ann - Glad your eyes saw it that way! Se'n - Yeah yeah, blah blah. Romantic that I am, eh? CocoBaci - I can ask for no more than that others enjoy! Thank you!!! Cindy - Hiya back.. and you dear, are a rainbow! Gen - Uhhmm.. Daisy-chains are when you take daisies (you know, the flowers) and "chain" them together... like a bracelt or crown. Wake up now! Dawn - They're all that some of us have! Thank you. Claire - 'Aloo m'friend. Thank you for your time. *wink* Sharon - There's always hair dye... Nic - And you replied as only you could. BOL backatcha! Ali - Thank you for the comments. Paula Finn - "Liquid" I like that! Thank you! K - Island works for me.. daydreams, daisy-chains and islands. I an hack that! Kethry - Thank you! I do it often, but rarely people notice it!
