-favorites- freestyle My favorite color is the ocean. My favorite flower is the wide open sky. I will outlast any sickness you throw my way Until the day I die. My favorite psalm is the one where people sing. My favorite love is the smile you bring. My favorite sad song is your ring. My favorite anger is the book we wrote together. My favorite color is the sky over the ocean. My favorite sigh is the mud near the shore. My favorite memory is when we loved each other. My favorite death was when you shut the door. |

Mike, my favorite poetic puzzler. Your work always has such an impact. Liked this. ~ Claire Could a greater miracle take place than for us to look through each other's eyes for an instant?......Henry David Thoreau |

Janet, Thanks, Janet. (I know, that was redundant. eh) I appreciate it muchly. WhtDove, Merci beaucoup. I forced myself to write a poem while I was in the middle of a fever ("You're a sagitarrius, all right," one of my friends told me), and this came out from my head into the tape recorder as is. s'en, Hugs back; glad you enjoyed. Claire, Thanks, Claire. How's it going with you these days? Mike |
