Winter is when you are gone. The absence of your touch hurts And the sun hides behind the veil that you throw across your smile. Then I see you again And Spring bursts in the door beside you; Your very presence banishes all dark from inside me. As we go further on Our life becomes a Summer of love. Birds fly in a blue sky and the world begins to turn faster. Our Autumn will be together. Life takes on a steady pace And the things that left me cold in Winter, perish in my heartflame. |

English Rose, What a wonderful job you have done with this. I love the way you use the seasons and the imagery it brought to my mind. Beautiful piece. Bonnie |

very sweet, and filled with promises that, hopefully, are as sure as the seasons. |
